Official opening ceremony of Dr. Janusz Korczak Hall at the Ashinome Kindergarten in Kesennuma City, Miyagi Pref. was held.

Ms Anna Komorowska, wife of the President of Poland, Mr Bronislaw Komorowski, Ms. Janina Ochojska, Head of PAH (Polish Humanitarian Action) -> www.pah.org.pl , Honorary Chairman of PCCIJ, H.E. Ambassador Jadwiga Maria Rodowicz-Czechowska and PCCIJ Chairman, Mr. Piotr R. Suszycki. Other officials including Mr. Itsunori Onodera, former Vice Foreign Minister, Member of the House of Representatives, Director of Foreign Affairs Division of the Liberal-Democratic Party (LDP) were also present.
